Kmart Radio
Kmart Radio was Kmarts in-store radio program which started around the 1970s and ended around 1992 or so, Kmart would use physical tapes for the in-store radio program and were rotated and replaced regularly, often with a mix of instrumental music and advertisements. Initially, tapes were rotated monthly, then weekly, until Kmart switched to a satellite system around 1993. These tapes were sent from corporate offices to individual stores, where they would play for hours at a time their radio program insisted of jingles, commercials, and much more, the cassettes were thankfully saved and preserved by a man named mark davis, which you can indeed check his videos on the KMRT Radio cassettes here, "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lID-zD266f4" if you are interested in kmarts radio program and kmart in general, you sure would love this
